At Juxta Labs we work to make real life better for teens. We're a Series A funded startup working on a social mobile app that will be on everyone's phone and change the way we get together. Job Description

We're looking for someone who is just starting their career and wants to roll up their sleeves and own application and backend testing. Candidates must have a technical background and can either be starting a career in software engineering or interested in pursuing a career in QA. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and work alongside world–class developers and veteran product designers. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the standard of quality for Juxta Lab's products
• Interface directly with lead developers and the product team to test apps and provide technical feedback
• Write automated testing scripts as well as document/perform manual testing procedures
• Document and follow–up on bug and crash reports within a project management software

Requirements

• Some experience with HTML/PHP/Javascript
• Some experience with iOS development
• Avid user of mobile/social communication apps
• Obsessive attention to detail and ability to stay focused on testing tasks for long periods of time
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Passionate desire to learn and grow
• Self–motivated
